We offer both competitive fee-for-service and salary models depending on the physician's preference. All clinic physicians bill OHIP and cash/non-OHIP services. We also offer equity participation for physicians who want an ownership stake in the clinic entity.
Yes. Each pharmacy location is led by a licensed pharmacist who serves as Designated Manager. We're looking for pharmacists who want ownership and leadership — not just a dispensing role. Equity participation is available.

For Investors
Photon Health Holdings Inc. is an Ontario-incorporated holding company that owns and manages pharmacy and clinic operations. The pharmacy and clinic entities operate under separate ownership structures to comply with OCP and CPSO requirements, connected via a Management Service Agreement.
Our founding team built and operates an existing integrated pharmacy and clinic at 55 Dundas Street East, Toronto — generating $4M in combined annual revenue with 750+ five-star Google reviews and zero outstanding debt. We're replicating this exact model.
Location 1 (231 Dundas St E, Toronto) is in development for 2026. Location 2 is the planned acquisition of the existing 55 Dundas operation. Location 3 targets Vaughan. We plan to continue expanding across Ontario using the same proven model.
Three things: regulatory moat (pharmacy and clinic licensing creates high barriers to entry), proven unit economics ($4M revenue at the original location), and an integrated model that chains can't easily replicate. Our compounding specialty and hospitality-first approach create additional differentiation.
General
Our locations combine a compounding pharmacy (Level C non-sterile compounding for dermatology, pain management, and pediatrics), a family medicine clinic (walk-in and enrolled patients), free prescription delivery across the GTA, and methadone/OAT dispensing services.
Our first location is at 231 Dundas Street East in downtown Toronto, currently in development. We plan to expand to a second Toronto location and then to Vaughan, with further Ontario expansion to follow.
Our first clinic will be accepting new patients upon opening. If you'd like to be notified when we open, please reach out through our contact page.
We combine compounding pharmacy capabilities that chains don't offer, family medicine under the same roof, free delivery, and a hospitality-first patient experience powered by AI and modern technology. Our integrated model means your pharmacist and physician work together — not in separate buildings.
