Integrated Patient App
One app for every Photon Health visit, refill, and family health record — plus a B2B portal that makes us indispensable to schools and employers.
Healthcare for patients is scattered across a dozen tools.
Ontario patients toggle between three different apps to book a family doctor, check a walk-in wait time, and request a pharmacy refill. Their family's health records live in separate EMRs they can't access. Schools, employers, and long-term care facilities have no centralized way to verify vaccination or TB status for their staff and students — everything still runs on paper forms and fax machines.
Existing "patient portal" apps are bolt-on extensions of legacy EMR vendors — clunky, siloed per provider, and fundamentally built for the clinic's workflow, not the patient's. The B2B administrator case is completely unserved by the consumer-focused patient apps in the Canadian market.

CompleteAdmin Portal (Web)
Live wait times across every PHH clinic, updated per minute
One-tap prescription refills with free GTA delivery
Family profiles — manage appointments for kids, parents, dependents
Direct booking for virtual travel medicine and minor ailment consults
Administrator portal: vaccination / TB compliance dashboard per employee or student
Group-clinic scheduling for schools and workplaces (flu shots, TB tests, pre-employment)
A free-to-consumer, B2B-monetized platform with a built-in funnel into PHH services.
Patient side is free and drives revenue uplift across PHH pharmacies and clinics via retention, visit frequency, and virtual service booking. The B2B admin portal is a SaaS product sold to schools, employers, and LTC operators — the most durable revenue line on this project.
Revenue Lines
Consumer side (free)
Drives retention + visit frequency across PHH pharmacies and clinics. Measurable uplift in Rx volume and appointment bookings per active user.
B2B SaaS — Schools
~$500/mo per school (up to 500 students). Volume tier up to $1,500/mo for large boards.
B2B SaaS — Employers
~$1,000–$3,000/mo depending on headcount. Primary value: audit-ready vaccination + TB compliance.
Platform fees on referred virtual services
15–20% platform fee when patients book minor ailment or travel consults through the app.
Projections

Year 3 B2B ARR target

Vertical integration + a B2B wedge no patient-app competitor has.
Consumer health apps have to fight EMRs and retail chains for data access. We already own the pharmacy AND the clinic, so the app integrates natively with the systems it needs to talk to. And no one else is building a serious administrator portal for Canadian schools and employers.
Native vertical integration
PHH owns the pharmacy + clinic + compounding network. The app talks directly to our systems instead of negotiating EMR access like third-party competitors must.
B2B moat
The administrator portal for schools / employers / LTCs is a white space — no Canadian patient app serves this segment today. First-mover advantage with sticky SaaS contracts.
Distribution through PHH pharmacies
Every pharmacy visit becomes an app install moment. 55 Dundas alone drives ~40K prescription fills/year — built-in distribution channel.
Real-time wait times
Only possible because we operate the clinics. Non-operator apps can't deliver this.
